Adam Wiener DO, FAAD, FAOCD
Board Certified in Mohs Micrographic Surgery
Dr. Wiener received three separate board certifications in Dermatology, Family Medicine, and Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
Dr. Wiener attended University of Colorado at Boulder where he completed his B.A. in Biology and attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Wiener completed his internship training at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan and completed a Dermatology fellowship, where he trained in Mohs micrographic surgery and conducted clinical trials at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Wiener completed a double residency in Family Medicine and Dermatology at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida.
Dr. Wiener is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology,and the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Dr. Wiener is Chairman of Dermatology at Holmes Regional Medical Center. Dr. Wiener has lectured nationally and written textbook chapters and journal articles on topics ranging from novel skin cancer treatments to cosmetic treatments for Bell’s Palsy. Dr. Wiener’s special interests include Skin cancer surgery, Mohs surgery, reconstructive surgery, removal of wrinkles, veins, brown spots, moles and other growths, Laser Hair Removal, fillers, and Botox. Dr. Wiener is focused on providing the best dermatology care for patients at Melbourne Dermatology Center.

Kristen Campbell
Nurse Practitioner
Kristen Campbell is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner at Melbourne Dermatology. Her professional highlights include anti-aging aesthetics with a natural touch, acne treatments with dietary focus, and complete skin cancer screenings.
Kristen began her career as a Registered Nurse, working many years at Cape Canaveral Hospital on a busy cardiology unit. In 2012, she made the leap to get her Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Central Florida and was inducted into the Delta Epsilon Lota Honor Society. During a clinical dermatology rotation in school, she developed a strong desire to work in the field. For the last 2 years she has worked in dermatology providing skin cancer screenings and treating skin conditions like acne and psoriasis. Since graduating, she has also gained extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, including injectables such as Dysport and filler, fat sculpting and laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, veins, and hair removal.
Kristen is a Florida native who graduated from Satellite High school and has resided in Cocoa Beach over 18 years. On her time off, she enjoys boating and finding fishing spots with her husband and young son. She also volunteers in her area with Keep Brevard Beautiful and the Marine Resources Council for local conservation like beach cleanups, mangrove and sea oat planting, and Florida native plant sales.
Kristen is proud member of Dr. Wiener’s team and serves her patients with a attuned sense to their needs and genuine caring. She looks forward to helping you at the Melbourne office!
Virginija Bernotiene
Nurse Practitioner
Virginija is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who works closely with Dr. Wiener in treating skin cancer. She originally attended Kaunas University in Kaunas, Lithuania, where she received an Associate’s in Nursing degree. After moving to the United States, she got licensed as an RN and continued pursuing her interest in nursing. Virginija earned her Master’s in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. Virginija is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Virginija has over ten years of experience working in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. Prior to working at Melbourne Dermatology Center, she worked at Health First Dermatology as a Clinic RN for several years. Earlier in her career, Virginija has worked in trauma operation, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medicine. She holds a licensed aesthetician certification. Her specialties include assessing, diagnosing, and treating skin cancer and common dermatological disorders such as psoriasis, dermatitis, and eczema, as well as dermatological infections.
In her free time, Virginija enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband and two daughters.
